Controller

Jennie Le serves as Controller for H&C Animal Health, where she leads the company’s accounting and finance functions, including financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, compliance, and financial systems. With more than 25 years of finance and accounting leadership experience, Jennie partners with executive leadership to drive financial performance, strengthen controls, optimize operations, and support strategic growth initiatives.  Prior to joining H&C, Jennie held finance leadership roles across nonprofit, SaaS, services, and regulated industries, where she led financial system implementations, process improvements, and business transformation initiatives. Her expertise spans financial planning and analysis, operational finance, risk management, and organizational development.  Jennie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at The University of Texas at Dallas.
